Revisions come first
If there is a mistake in our work, or something needs to change so the work meets the requirements agreed in your written scope, we revise it at no extra cost. We keep revising until the work meets those requirements.
This covers errors in quantities, pricing or presentation, and changes such as addenda, design changes and alternates that fall inside the scope we quoted. Point us to the line and the sheet, and we correct and reissue the files.
Full refund if you are still not satisfied
If, after revisions, you are still not satisfied with the work and we agree that your reason is valid, we refund the full amount you paid for that engagement, less any taxes.
We review each request against the written scope agreed for the engagement, and we tell you our decision and the reason for it in writing.
How to ask for a revision or a refund
- Email quantx.estimation@gmail.com with your quote reference (it starts with QX-) and tell us what is wrong or what needs to change.
- We revise the work and reissue the files.
- If you are still not satisfied, reply asking for a refund and explain why, so we can review the reason against the agreed scope.
- We confirm our decision in writing.
- If the refund is approved, we return the amount you paid, less any taxes, to the method you paid with.
What this policy does not cover
- Work outside the agreed scope. Added scope is quoted separately before it starts, and it is reviewed against its own quote.
- The outcome of a bid, an award or the final construction cost. Our estimates support your decisions, and responsibility for the bid you submit remains with you.
- Sample estimates, which are free and have nothing to refund.
