Imperial and CSI MasterFormat, or metric with UK rates and an elemental breakdown. Priced in USD or GBP.

Three things worth knowing.
An incomplete set is fine
Send what exists and say what is missing. We price what is there and write down what we assumed, which is more useful than waiting for a set that may never be complete.
Links beat attachments
Attachments are capped at 20 MB. For a full plan set, a Dropbox, Drive or WeTransfer link is faster and keeps the revision history intact.
We check for a conflict first
The title block tells us the project, so before we quote we check whether we are already engaged on it for another bidder. If we are, we decline the second enquiry rather than take both.
Not ready to send a whole project?
